INITIAL SET UP CHARGES: (in addition to printing costs) The Electric Ideas publications have been designed to be personalized by the ordering utility. There is an initial charge of $100 to create the personalized “pre-press” graphics. If unchanged, those graphics may then be repeated on other Electric Ideas publications without the ordering utility incurring additional charges.
The bottom block on the front panel of each publication allows for a graphic of up to ¾” high by 4½” wide (we recommend just the utility’s logo). The back panel allows for text and graphics within a space of 2¼” high by 3” wide. Most commonly this would include the utility logo, address, telephone, etc. and any appropriate slogan. The personalized graphics will be printed in blue only. If the utility wishes to use yellow, there will be an additional cost.
It is assumed that the ordering utility will provide CGP with their logo in digital form (preferably), or as a PMT. If those formats are not available, CGP can replicate most logos. Depending on the complexity there may be some additional cost which will be confirmed before proceeding.
A proof will be provided to the utility for approval before printing.

PUBLICATION PRINTING COSTS: Printing costs are valid through December 31, 2004. Printing costs will increase 2-5% in 2005, and CGP will notify the utility of any adjustments prior to proceeding with fulfillment of the order.
Actual quantity shipped may vary by 5% over or under the “ordered” quantity. Adjustments, if necessary, will be reflected on the billing invoice.

PRODUCTION TIME: Unless rush handling is requested, orders will be accumulated during any given week then placed on Friday of that week. Production should take from a week to 10 days from placement, then allow three to four days for delivery. If you have questions or need a quicker delivery, contact CGP.

SHIPPING: Shipping will be billed to the ordering utility in addition to graphics and printing charges. If the utility wishes to pick up the order in Salem, no shipping charges will be incurred.
